Poor product and no return

Bought it for my grandson for his birthday and a wheel and propeller fell off on the first attempt and the airplane doesn’t even fly, it flips over. Then stopped working all together. It’s almost as if it is top-heavy and unbalanced. Very disappointed. Too expensive and having a hard time getting a refund.
