Good fun and value for the price. The fact that it does not need water limits the risk of major problems, but be warned IT HAS A BURNER SO DOES GET HOT. Not suitable for unsupervised use by children and works best on a good level surface - it will tend to stall on rougher surfaces.
But at the end of the day, once we got a few trials out of the way and we comfortable with its use my 9 year old grandson loves it.
As an aside, good service from vendor and good delivery process.

Good little car
Overall this car works, and was pretty fun for my 5 year old to watch drive around. The mechanics of lining up the alcohol lamp to the correct spot, and keeping the car on track, are a little tricky. It is a very gentle engine - doesn't go super fast, and can't go up a hill. But still a neat contraption.
